Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: a. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original form. b. The item must be in resalable condition, without any signs of tampering or damage. c. The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation/number or receipt.

  2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: a. products that have been opened or used. b. Products that have been customized or personalized. c. Clearance or sale items, which are sold as final sale.

  3. Return and Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: a. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process, including providing you with a return authorization if applicable. d. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and promotional materials, if any. e. Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, excluding any shipping fees or applicable restocking fees.

  5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or shade, please follow the return and exchange process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange within 1-5 business days and ship the requested item to you. Any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item will be handled separately.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may involve providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering store credit.
